Refund Policy

In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after validation.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases :

  1. Once the project has started or been delivered.
  2. If the client terminates the collaboration for reasons beyond the control of Triple A Agency / We Create.
  3. If the delivered service matches the validated order.
